2026 Trimester Schedule & Rates

  • Trimester 1: January 5 – April 9, 2026 | $400
  • Trimester 2: April 27 – August 1, 2026 | $400
  • Trimester 3: September 8 – December 18, 2026 | $600

Important Financial & Authorization Policies

  • Payments are due within 45 days of the trimester start date.
  • Any payment made during the trimester applies to the entire trimester.
  • Families must notify their Service Coordinator of continued services.
  • Each trimester must be authorized.
  • Authorization must remain active for services to continue.
  • If services are not authorized, financial responsibility falls on the family.
  • Enrollment is dependent on availability, regardless of authorization.

REINS is an authorized vendor for San Diego and Riverside counties. While individuals may receive authorization from their Regional Center to access REINS services, such authorization does not guarantee availability or placement on our weekly schedule.
REINS understands the importance of providing timely notice of service price increases. REINS will post and notify participants of any projected service rate increases in advance to avoid disruption to Regional Center funding. The Regional Center client is also responsible for notifying their Regional Center of any applicable service price changes.
