Can’t make it to our Hoedown, but still want to support the event?

Here are some things you can help sponsor:

  • Catering Sponsor $7500

    Your sponsorship will help us pay for catering.

  • Event Rental Sponsor $5000

    Your sponsorship will allow us to pay for tables, tents, and event decorations.

  • Jumbotron Sponsor $4000

    Your sponsorship will help fund the biggest part of the event – the Jumbotron screen.

  • Dance Floor Sponsor $2000

    Your sponsorship will help provide entertainment and music to the dance floor.

  • Program Sponsor $2000

    Your sponsorship will help us print out our Program Booklet for the event.

  • Game Sponsor $350

    Your sponsorship will help fund entertainment for our guests.

  • Carnival Sponsor $350

    Your sponsorship will help fund prizes and games for the kids.
